Every year, Connected Events plans and manages the International Women’s Day Women + Wealth Galas, bringing together inspiring women for an evening of connection, education, and celebration. In 2025, the Calgary Women + Wealth Gala welcomed guests to Hotel Arts for an unforgettable evening dedicated to empowering women in business, leadership, and life.
Connected Events provided full-service event planning, marketing, promotion, and on-site event management, delivering a seamless and memorable experience from start to finish. The gala featured keynote speaker Ashley Callingbull—actress, model, television host, and advocate for Indigenous communities—who shared her inspiring journey of resilience, confidence, and leadership. Guests also enjoyed an engaging alumni panel featuring Shayla Stonechild, Jess Tetu, and Rachel Mielke, who shared honest conversations around entrepreneurship, personal growth, and overcoming challenges. Award-winning journalist Joelle Tomlinson returned as emcee, guiding attendees through an evening of inspiring stories, meaningful networking, and celebration.
